On your first visit, you will have a one hour session to assess, diagnose and discuss a treatment plan best suited to your needs, whether it’s being pain free at work or returning to the hobbies and sports you love.

Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses strung together using breath and movement to create a seamless flow. This up beat style of power yoga combines strength, flexibility and balance, leaving you both invigorated and relaxed.

Acupuncture
Traditional Chinese Medicine and
dry needling techniques.
Acupuncture is used to relieve pain by altering the body’s energy flow (Qi). Dry needling also used to stimulate muscular trigger points to reduce pain and improve movement range and quality.
Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-invasive procedure which involves inserting small needles into the facial muscles and skin, in order to improve skin elasticity and overall appearance. You will visibly notice differences after your first treatment, but optimum results are achieved after a course of sessions.
